BIOCLIMATIC DESIGN PRINCIPLES

The design principles followed were the impact of the buildings on the environment and the relation between indoor and outdoor spaces. The construction arrangements, the sequence of rooms, the adaptation to climate change were also important. Preserving agricultural land around the residences was a priority. Our aim was to create cozy hospitable spaces with respect to history and the landscape.

From the very beginning we focused on the high quality of materials and construction based on bioclimatic design principles. The materials respect the health of the people and the environment making your stay in the indoor and outdoor spaces very pleasant.
